Natalie Fox is a professional Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist who works primarily with clients 1-2-1 online. She can help and support you with a variety of different conditions and common life challenges. 

She trained with the esteemed Clifton Practice, founded by David Newton and has been a practising Solution Focused Hypnotherapist since 2017. 

She had a busy clinic in the centre of Truro, Cornwall (Truro Hypnotherapy Practice), before moving close to Wadebridge and founding her online hypnotherapy clinic Atlantic Hypnotherapy Practice UK. This allowed her to reach out and help a wider audience all over the country. 

Natalie also trained as a meditation teacher. In 2016 she started offering meditation and breathwork classes in Truro and Newquay, Cornwall. She has trained as a coach along with other psychotherapeutic and yogic techniques. 

Natalie’s career in natural healing methods began in 2004 when she trained in complementary therapy. She went on to teach this, along with anatomy and physiology. 

She has a wealth of knowledge and over two decades experience of working with clients to help them get better, feel better, and create better lives for themselves. 

Her goal is to help people find relief from their biggest limitations, using powerful, evidence-based techniques.
