Who Am I?
My name is Natalie Fox and I run Atlantic Hypnotherapy Practice.
Since 2017 I’ve run a busy hypnotherapy practice, helping hundreds of people overcome their biggest challenges. I used to have a clinic in Truro, Cornwall, but for the past 5 years, I have worked solely online.
I practice solution-focused hypnotherapy (which is a little different to the way most mainstream hypnotherapists work).
I’m also trained in other techniques to help you ‘talk’ to your subconscious and heal the old wounds stored there. Alongside hypnotherapy, I also teach meditation, breathwork and (sometimes) yoga.
How Does Group Hypnotherapy Work?
The first part of our 90-minute group hypnotherapy session will look a bit like this:
- We’ll talk about the brain, neuroplasticity and neurochemicals
- You’ll learn how to move away from your ‘emotional mind’
- I’ll support you as a group by addressing your specific challenges using (solution-focused) gentle coaching methods
- You’ll set some easy, manageable goals and we’ll work together using special techniques to make them happen much more easily
And the second part:
- You’ll lie down on your bed or sofa (headphones are optional) and enjoy a deeply relaxing live hypnosis. I’ll use special wording to guide you into a trance state, which allows your subconscious mind to open up. Then I’ll use the power of hypnosis to install new templates of behaviour into your mind. Things like more self-confidence, more motivation, more self-control, more problem-solving abilities, more positivity, more self-love. Sound good?

You will receive a guided meditation for exercise a few weeks into the program (I’ll explain why when we meet). Once the program has started we will start a WhatsApp group and create some accountability partnerships.
